When trouble hits, what's your first inclination?

According to this, for Johnson & Johnson, it's:
Customers, then
Employees, then
Community and only after then,
the Shareholders.

The company was founded in 1886 so we should probably learn from them.

Nowadays we are being watched, rated, liked and commented upon like never before.
